I was born in Lae PNG to Australian parents and grew up in rural Australia. I am an ex advertising, magazine, print media graphic designer and art director who now bakes pies. I ran a restaurant, backpacker hostel and a couple of kitchens in Bangkok. I didn't have a lot of free time and found it hard to get away from the business, which made it hard to meet and develop any sort of relationship. I have now divested myself of those businesse.
I am divorced, have one daughter who lives with her Thai mother in Australia.
